I wake up in the morning, workout, have breakfast, and then sit down at my desk and focus on my top priorities. I’m able to give my complete focus on my business. My workday flows because my one and only priority is my business. I’m so productive! Dinners are always ready and waiting for me at the end of the workday. And I spend my evenings reading, relaxing, or spending time with family and friends.

OK – who am I kidding? I don’t have the luxury of devoting 100% of my focus on my business because I have to think about what we’re having for dinner, getting groceries, calling the contractor to fix the granite the outdoor counter, paying the bills, reminding the gardener to plant new flowers, etc, etc. I consider myself lucky because I’m at a stage of life where my kids are grown up and independent! Don’t get me started on what life was like when they were young. I admire women who have been working from home with small children during COVID.
